Ordering Tips

1. All items include the frame and are ready to hang unless stated otherwise on the product description. Sizes listed include the frame and are approximate.

2. All items $40.99 and under are a minimum of two. Items $41.00 and up are a minimum of one. You'll notice we haven't raised our minimums like so many other companies have.

3.This is a wholesale website all prices are wholesale. We'll add a password shortly.

4. Some pictures on our website may appear a bit blurry or have a watermark on them. This is for copyright reasons. The actual prints are vibrant and clear.

5. YOU DON'T NEED TO ENTER A CREDIT CARD when you place your order. We will call you when your order is ready to ship to get your credit card information. This allows us to only bill for what is shipping and when it ships. We actually prefer Venmo for payments to avoid fees. Again, as many of you have noticed other gift companies are charging an additional 3 to 5 percent extra on orders to cover processing fees . . WE DON"T DO THAT.

6. When you "check out" enter any comments in the comments area such as codes, promotions, sales reseller number, or reps name (if you have one).

7. We cap shipping cost at 15%. However, most customers take advantage of our free shipping forever program. Please see our current promotion tab.

8. If you have any questions on the free shipping program, please fill out the contact us form on this website, include your name and phone number and we'll call you within 24 hours. 

9. Our order fill rate is at 98%. We manufacture our items. However occasionally an artist discontinues a print on short notice.  

10. Need a different size? We can do custom sizes up to 42" x 84" on about 75% of our prints - just ask if you need a special size. Need a special saying on a bereavement piece - ask us.

11. Shipping typically takes 10 to 15 business days. During October and November, it can take 3 to 4 weeks due to last minute rush reorders.
